  I just wanted to take a quick moment to share my feelings regarding our recent brush with a Moose and the subsequent claims process. What began as a harrowing experience in Montana, quickly became a very pleasant experience with the claims process and no one was better or more professional than the claims adjuster Samantha Nelson. Normally I would cringe when having to make an insurance claim and I can guarantee you I am not the only one that will say that. Samantha was not part of the initial team that I worked with however she took over around the time we arrived home from our trip and nothing could have gone any smoother. Samantha and State Farm made sure we received more than a fair settlement on our loss, they also made sure we received the compensation within a few days so that we could begin the process of finding a new vehicle. Samantha also made sure any and every question was answered immediately as well as compensated us for many of our expenses associated with the return trip. Thankfully we were driving a large vehicle( see photo attached) and no one was injured in the least, the truck took all of the impact and were are grateful for the service we received from State Farm, Samantha Nelson and your office.

  My husband and I moved from Delaware nearly three years ago to Loves Park, IL for his job at Chrysler. New to the Midwest and area, we knew no one - but we needed to transfer our insurance over to a local agent. Kevin was referred to us by a co-worker and we have been very satisfied clients with State Farm Insurance, and especially with Kevin Doyle, never questioning and never had to look back at out decision to go with Kevin Doyle at State Farm Insurance. More recently, we were devastated by damage to our home and, through and through, we couldn't have been more satisfied with the response from State Farm for the urgency of our need but also the compassion and concern genuinely given to us by our agent Kevin Doyle. Our tragedy was turned into a triumph as Kevin even went the extra mile to provide us witha a great referral for a local contractor to rebuild and reconstruct our damaged home. In our opinion, Kevin rises far above what is normal and customary for what an agent is typically responsible for - he is genuine, compassionate for his clients, and has a unique passion for what he does in his industry. We would absolutely recommend him and the services he provides to his customers to anyone looking to add insurance coverage or perhaps even switching to State Farm. In today's insurance market - many people do not realize that they should shop around for the best value when it comes to insurance coverage - they merely stick with the "family tradition." I am all about family traditions however, when you do that, you need to be true to yourself in that there is an equal need to consider - the value of the agent themselves - and Kevin has certainly proven his worth to us in a desperate time of need!
